Our variant on the Eskimos classic skinner knife
Sorry, all sold out
Article Number:

Same design as our chef's knife but without sharp edges/tips at the front and back of the knife that could easily cut holes/mistakes during skinning.
Edge length = 140 mm!
This is our variation on the famous so-called "Eskimo knife".
The tip design minimizes the risk of cutting through fur, slicing away flesh when skinning your prey.
D2 Tool steel hardened to 60-62 HRC
Dimensions = Total length = 175mm
Back = 3mm
Blade/back length = 87mm
Full sandwich tongue
Walnut in the handle
Brass pins
This new variant is made of D2 steel. A hard and durable steel that requires minimal maintenance, no oiling, etc.
Once the knife becomes dull, the hard steel requires some work to get sharp again.
Rust-resistant steel!
Also works great as a regular chef's knife but without a tip, which many people appreciate!
To truly honor the hunting in our hearts, the handle is made of black walnut!
A well-thought-out knife designed by Rickard Lundberg based on two completely different kitchen knives
The perhaps slightly odd appearance comes from how people often hold knives in the kitchen.
All of our knives come with a nice leather sheath/belt loop with a lock.
Jacket in under the handle & forward gives you a comfortable and controlled grip over the back of the blade. This way you get better control of the knife and can chop, cut and use the knife in a wonderful way.
The walnut handle is a little shorter than you are used to, but that is completely correct, you only need a little support of the handle against the back of your hand. Half your hand is on the back of the knife and the other/back hand rests against the slightly flatter top of the handle.
The knife is about 20cm in total, the blade is about 4mm thick and at its widest point it is about 5cm wide.
In the pictures you can see how the damascus steel knives are made from raw materials to finished knives.
Please note that these knives are all made by hand and no two are exactly alike.
When you get your knife home, it is coated with oil to protect it. You must wash this off carefully, preferably several times.
This is completely normal and a matter of course. NO dishwasher!
These knives are limited works of art, not mass produced.
