The Protective Vest Keiler has a double layer of Dyneema in the "Boat" on the dog (simply put, up to the reflective bands on the vest). This makes the vest exceptionally flexible and mobile. There is currently no vest on the market that is more flexible and has greater "strength" than the Swevest Keiler. We have chosen to have an orange color on the front, around the neck, and of course different sides on the sides, so you can more easily determine which direction the dog is facing in tight situations. We offer three sizes, Small, Medium, and Large, as well as different vests for females and males. We understand that some manufacturers believe it doesn't matter if the dog urinates in the vest, which we think is wrong.

Keiler is suitable for the most experienced customers who have learned and have the sense not to engage in close combat with the dogs and have a stable psyche to never turn their back on the wild boar. But it is also suitable for dogs that should not hunt boar and might just happen to come across them. Note that this protection provides the same protection as "all" other vests on the market, without protection for the rear. Since the vest does not affect the dog, it is also an excellent protective/signal vest to make your dog visible, both in terms of traffic and inexperienced shooters. Additionally, the dog is protected against wild boars, thorns, brush, and blackberry bushes, making it perfect.

This is essentially the same vest that Swevest has been selling for many years now, at least in terms of design, but that's where the comparison ends. In this latest updated version, we have chosen Dyneema, the same protection as in our Mithrill and protective vest Orka. You will also be able to equip the vest with wolf steel, Mjölner, for an additional 795 SEK.

The advantage I see with the Protective Vest Keiler is that it is not at all sensitive to size; if the protection extends further back, it doesn't matter as it is never in the way for the dog. "Does the vest apply to my insurance with Agria etc.?" We have thoroughly read their information and can state that they do NOT specify which vest you should have on your dog to avoid the deductible; they want you to have a protective vest that is not older than 5 years and that you have a receipt for the purchase.

0.51 oz/yd² Dyneema® Composite Fabric (formerly Cuben Fiber). DCF is a patented, ultra-light material composed of flexible 430GSM Polyethylene 800N and reinforced with Dyneema® fiber.

Thanks to the fibers (UHMWPE) high capacity in terms of cut and puncture resistance, as well as being tear-resistant and insensitive to abrasion, this material is widely used in protection for fencers, etc.

Dyneema® Composite CT1E.08 fabric consists of crosswise and lengthwise Dyneema® threads pressed and glued between two layers of transparent polyester film. The result is a permanently bonded semi-transparent waterproof laminate with some texture but a smooth surface. Frequent use of the vest will soften the material but NOT affect its technical construction.
